-I perform competitive analysis, user research, user interviews, user surveys, card sorting, A/B testing remotely to create user personas, user flows, journey maps, sitemaps, and style guides using Google Forms, Google Sheets, Optimal Workshop, Miro, and Usability Hub
-I create low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive and clickable prototypes, and high-resolution mockups, based on the mobile-first design approach, using paper and pen, Balsamiq and Figma
-I conduct usability testing for both mobile and desktop from start to finish, analyze and organize test results using affinity mapping, make improvements, and plan future tests
-I iterate screens based on Gestalt Principles
-I create and decide on a mood board for setting visual directions
-I create the visual design focusing on the logo, typography, iconography, UI elements, imagery, illustrations, and animations using Figma and its plugins
-I prepare and package design work for handoff
