As an Operations Support Specialist I worked alongside the head of database design and maintenance within the office of Strategic Employer Initiatives at Grand Canyon University. My day to day duties involved pulling from and pushing to a set of school-wide databases hosted on SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB as well as providing necessary maintenance on said databases, building reports on weekly updates in the data, and assisting the head of database design and maintenance with any activities they deemed necessary. This included development for SharePoint and PowerBI systems.
