- Proven track record in both strategic and tactical execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to dig into data and translate in-depth market and customer insights (incl. qualitative and quantitative research methodologies) into impactful marketing campaigns that bring positive ROI.
- Strong project management experience as well as influencing and orchestrating internal and external stakeholders at all levels in global companies remotely (ability to adapt easily to multiple timezones).
- Multi-channel marketing experience, including experimentation, automation and personalisation across Google, Meta, Email, UAC, SEO, ASO/ASA, LinkedIn, Affiliates, SMS, Push & Display.
- 5+ years of experience hiring, leading and empowering teams from the ground up to achieve both company goals and their professional growth.
