I come from an advanced academic and analytical background having completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria. My wide and varied work experience as an intern in Testify Limited as a Software Tester has given me the opportunity to work in customer focused roles which has helped me gain greater insight on the importance of customer satisfaction. Also having worked in a fast moving retail industry where customer satisfaction and retention is directly related to profit and sales, I have been able to develop the ability/skill to project and strategize ways to ensure that the needs of the customers are met with little or no room for error.
My Software Testing Career calls for the ability to work with both the in-house team and also develop the skill of a team player. I therefore have a clear understanding of the importance of team work and coordination of different activities while not compromising on my role as a Tester. This is done with the aim of achieving organizational goals and objectives. Based on my background I believe I am well qualified to add value to any organization.
