During my stay at Roche, my main responsibility was to verify whether the incidents were due to software medical issues or not, monitoring through a ticketing system. To manage complaints was also one of my main responsibilities through bi-weekly meetings with EMEA countries, concretely Egypt and Poland. I also created a worldwide Troubleshooting Guide for the medical software (LIS) called infinity and I was trained in different pre-analytical systems.
