I prepare insurance applications and investment accounts for a financial advisor. I also make phone calls to insurance companies and investment companies on behalf of the advisor and/or client. I prepare and print off all necessary documents needed for the meeting with the client, and after the meeting, I monitor the accounts to see when money comes in so that the advisor can invest it for the client. And when the insurance policies come in, I prepare them for the advisor, so that he can have them sign the documents needed for the insurance company, and deliver the policy to the client.
