I started off working as a CEC Agent taking calls for Onstar. I would continuously take calls and troubleshoot multiple different issues customers had with their vehicles. If an issue could not be solved on that call, I would create a case and escalate it up to a higher level to have the issue resolved. I would also take payments due from customers. After a few months I transferred to the California Customer Engagement Center (CA CEC) as a (BOH) Back of House Agent. In this department I was assigned cases where I would call dealerships and gather information to complete Case Assessments and Epras for customers as needed. If the information required could not be obtained in a timely manner, I would escalate the case to a higher level to obtain the information needed. Soon after I was transferred to a (FOH) Front of House Agent. In this department instead of dealerships I would call to speak with customers and gather information to complete Case Assessments and Epras for customers as needed. Completed contract with job.
