Began as a Process Executive and has progressed and played various roles in the project. Responsible to oversee a group of 26 people for new process training. Maintained the Knowledge Database by documenting frequent issues and Workarounds for resolution at first line, and in creating Knowledge Articles and dashboards. Ensured that the team productivity and quality is maintained and the daily team's activity are going in time and helped team reaches all the KPIs and SLAs. Provided Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Business Review reports to the management and also a Fortnight operational update, including an overview of the volume and the key metrics for the fortnight. Flagged any technical / Nontechnical issues faced to the management team. Maintained track of all the metrics data and to aid in reporting bugs, base files were built and also Updated trackers, update required applications and tools. Highlighted aging, breaks, open tasks to Team leads,Managers on time, As the role demands subject matter expertise of the process and supervisory skills and also,Train, guide new joiners in the process and conduct cross training across teams,Processes. Accredited associates before moving a resource into production (both new joiner and existing associates). Encouraged associates to use various documents that are available in the training resources. Review updated and maintained VSMs, process maps every quarter and helped in processing FMEA. Ensured Team Productivity levels are achieved as per the targets set weekly, quarterly and yearly. Completed all mandatory training and certifications for self & all team members and Implement communication structure to ensure process and procedural updates are shared effectively Lead and contribute towards process excellence initiatives and Provide detailed status updates on the CTQ (critical to quality)areas.
