My name is Barbora Kučeríková (25) and I am a graduate of the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, where I studied cinematography at the studio of Audiovisual Arts. I am freelance cinematographer and editor looking for new opportunities. I have five years of experience as a cinematographer, camera operator, camera assistant, and editor. I also have over a decade of experience as a trained photographer. My experience in the visual field comes from feature filmmaking, which I did at school under the guidance of prominent Czech filmmakers, and from the advertising and promotional sphere, which I did as a freelancer alongside my studies. My supervisors from previous companies especially appreciated my responsible approach to projects. Working in the advertising environment taught me to work quickly and handle stressful situations. Features production, on the other hand, taught me to pay attention to details and the importance of pre-production. I am proficient with professional camera and lighting equipment and in post-production I work primarily with Adobe programs (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects). I am fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of Spanish. I enjoy a challenge and consider myself an empathetic and reliable person with a proactive and positive attitude at work, but also in private. My greatest passion is art and nature, which I constantly try to surround myself with.
