PBT Group creates BI solutions that capitalise on data-driven insights, to make well-timed, intuitive business decisions that consistently position our clients ahead of the curve. PBT Group is technology agnostic with a staff compliment of around 700 consultants in various industries. I was recruited by PBT Group to do the recruitment for them in order to avoid enormous agency fees. I do the advertising on various websites, interview suitable candidates, get required technical assessments done, and then send my recommendation through to our Account Managers to make the final decision as to whether we should proceed with employing a candidate. I have grown to understand the business, how they fit into the market and their needs very well. I bring to the table 20 years’ experience in IT Recruitment. I have a passion for numbers and statistics and love to incorporate it into the working environment wherever possible.
