I have more than 15 years of experience in food and catering field as Head Chef and restaurant manager in different countries (Lebanon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mauritania, Morocco, Kenya…). During these years, I was responsible for the structure management and the team supervision. I was in charge of the stock preparation, the daily good purchases, the monthly international/national order, the compliance with hygiene procedures and food safety, the staff training and coaching, the inventories and periodic report. I also took part in the kitchen tasks, cash running and in the accountancy management.
