I've had the opportunity to gain customer service experience during my previous roles as an Administrative Assistant for PGCPS and Customer Service/Sales Representative for
Centerplate and an All-Natural Products small business. Both roles required me to
communicate with a number of people on a daily basis by phone or in-person. I was able to build a rapport with many customers by maintaining a positive attitude and doing all that was possible to ensure that any problems or concerns they had were resolved immediately. I believe that the key to effective customer service is listening in order to assess the most appropriate way to handle customer inquires or requests.
In addition to my customer service skills, I possess exceptional computer skills which have allowed me to use programs such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Mail, Calendar, Forms) and Zoom to perform clerical and administrative tasks.
