NOSC Trainer
Work directly with team leads to gather requirements, coordinate training design and development meetings with stakeholders pertaining to new processes, procedures, and tools
Build and present in-person and virtual training curriculum as well as follow-on assessments to provide training on NOSC tools/technologies
Create, update, and maintain all training material including documentation and recordings
Conduct 1on1, large class, and remote training
Become a subject matter expert in all functional areas of the training product suites
Monitor and track training metrics and evaluation assessment scores, continuously refining trainings based on feedback
Assist in the creation of knowledge articles
Coordinate the scheduling, logistics and course preparation for all training offerings
Conduct quality reviews of all NOSC work products to identify trends and make recommendations for new training material and courses
Perform additional duties as assigned.
