About

I was born in Colombia and I am both Colombian and Spaniard citizen. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communications and Journalism and a Master’s Degree in Journalistic, Institutional and Business Communications. My Work experience has helped me to develop excellent communication and organizational skills. I have worked as account executive in different PR Agencies in Spain, I have taught English and Spanish in Italy, and I have worked as a Journalist and as an office manager in the United States and Italy. They might seem very different from each other but, in the end, they have all helped me to build a strong and complete customer care professional profile. Also, the fact that I’ve had the opportunity to work in four different countries has significantly helped me to adapt myself and my profile to any kind of social, cultural, working and economical context. My work experience in different places has also helped me to learn, speak and write fluently in English (I have the Certificate of Proficiency – C2 Cambridge) and Italian (I live in Sardinia since 2009).
