I am a passionate, hardworking 23 year old lady who resides in Cape Town. I have been working since the age of 19 years old.
I have never been a shy person, I have always been open to new things and meeting new people. My passion for people grew when I started my first job, from dealing with extreamly friendly clients to clients who are beyond difficult. I am a peoples person regardless.
I really enjoy interacting with people telephonically as well as face to face. I get along quite easily as I myself am a very bubbly person with a warm heart and personality. I often receive compliments from management when I deal with a client over the phone on my telephone etiquette and professionalism as well as dealing with a client right infront of me.
I take pride in my job and always work hard towards my goals. I find it easy to communicate with clients and deal with them whether it is a complaint or just an enquiry, I assist all clients to the best of my ability at all times.
