My career has been driven by a deep commitment to helping people navigate complex systems and access the resources they need to stabilize their lives.
What sets me apart is my combination of direct service experience and cross-cultural expertise. I've worked extensively with individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges, processing hundreds of applications monthly and successfully connecting over 900 clients to essential services. My roles have spanned from eligibility worker positions in Marin and Nevada Counties to housing program coordination, giving me comprehensive insight into how different social protection systems interconnect.
My international background is particularly valuable in today's diverse communities. Having taught ESL across three countries and worked with over 850 students from various cultural backgrounds, I bring cultural sensitivity and adaptability that are essential when serving multicultural populations.
