Ignacio School District is a K-12 Public School located in beautiful southwest Colorado minutes from Durango, Mesa Verde National Park and Farmington, NM and centrally located between Wolf Creek Ski Resort and Durango Mountain Ski Resort. Ignacio is home to the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and surrounded by a rural community with a school population of 750 students with unique ethnic backgrounds. Ignacio School District has new buildings with state of the art technology, one-on-one computers for students and a great Career and Technical Education program. The high school offers AP courses as well as students who attend Fort Lewis College and San Juan College.
