While I’m writing this, there are 3.7K answers and 1.7K blog posts which I wrote in English on Quora. In addition to that I have my own blog in English where I post almost daily since 2015 (I never counted this, but I guess there must be some 2.5K posts on this blog right now), and I self-published multiple books on Amazon (also in English).
