I have over 18 years experience in the contact center space, in which I have held several positions including Customer Service Rep, Tech Support, Customer Service Manager and Team Lead to name just a few. I have managed several various E-Commerce accounts during this time as well. I am also an entrepreneur, and have run a successful loan signing service business for over 10 years.
