Being the customer service specialist and sales agent means exactly what you think it will be like! I am the person and the colleague at work that everyone knows but nobody wants to be. If you want something done, you come to me. It is what it is! Yet, nobody wants to do what I do because of the amount of personal time and effort, emotional resilience, and management of not just labor but emotional labor as well. That’s what it goes into this line of work.
Luckily, I am obsessed with staying organized (just look at my fridge) and making all our lives’ easier. It brings such a profound and genuine joy to my heart to take the burden off and find the simplest and most efficient way out of a difficult situation, and I always do anything to enhance that. There aren’t many things that can grow a company the way that trust and dependability can, and I pride myself in being so dedicated to both.
When I am not at work, I am either working to improve my 5k and 10k and meet my personal targets, working on my patio-garden project, cooking, reading like there is no tomorrow and pampering my dog.
