24 X 7 Production Support and Monitoring to Ensure a Proactive Problem Recognition and Resolution of System and Network Issues. System Administration Creating Virtual Machines on Cloud using templates and host them on Nutanix Hypervisor and provision it to the customers. Assigning VDIs to the users on Citrix using Citrix Studio. Troubleshooting customers issue regarding VDIs and VMs and Citrix environment. Operate; support and troubleshooting escalated issues by users, VDI Operations. Resource monitoring of VMs and Hosts via Zabbix and Wazuh. Auditing Citrix licensing reports for customers and work with concerned departments to keep the environment up and running. Troubleshoot tickets on Service Now and Zoho Ticketing system and work on daily ticket report for internal audit.
