My name is Syed Faizan Abbas Kazmi. I am from Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. I am 24 years old. I have done Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
I am working remotely as a Customer Service Representative for the past 3 years. I have worked both as an Inbound as well as an Outbound CSR for a couple of companies.
I worked for Cushman and Wakefield, USA as an Inbound CSR from 2019-2020. My main duties included dealing their 15 major accounts including Bank of America, Toyota and Ahold. We were trained on CRM Systems including 8x8, Zendesk. I was supposed to follow SLA's and meeting KPI's when dealing with Customers of different companies. I was also supposed to work on multiple CMMS Systems for each account.
I am currently working remotely with Pigment Hub, Saskatchewan, Canada as a Sales Closer, which is a Printing Supplies companies. Main duties include meeting the sales targets, generating leads, converting leads into clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients. We are using Voip System and Microsoft Excel to manage the data of our clients.
I have enjoyed this marketing/sales job because the satisfaction that you feel after closing a deal has no match. Following the process and structure and converting a lead into a client is a next level satisfaction.
I have all the equipment ready, have a fast internet connect and a laptop as well.
