My name is Gerome Padero 27 years old I am currently living at Pasay City Metro Manila but I am original from Alicia Isabela. I studied at Isabela Stat University and took Bachelor of Science in information Technology However I did not finish it because of financial Problem. My recent 2 years' work experience is in the BPO industry. Started as a Amazon Customer Service Representative. I began my journey as a Customer Service Representative, where I developed strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs. My dedication and performance led to my promotion to Quality Assurance Associate, where I was responsible for monitoring multiple agents, evaluating service quality, and delivering constructive feedback. In this role, I also used Microsoft Excel extensively to track team performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven action plans for improvement.
