I started as an agent in Customer Service, Sales and Directory Assistance. I became part of Quality Development as a Quality Checker. Some of the strengths in which I was recognized by my superiors were my communication skills and I have excellent Quality Scores together with great Customer Surveys. I also work well with others and my superiors since I require minimal supervision. I pay attention to details and my work is organized. I'm approachable and professional. I joined a startup and became a Product Trainer. All of my experience in the BPO industry with roles in Sales, Customer Service, and as a Corporate Trainer drives me to continuously share my knowledge while consistently learning at the same time.
