As a Sr Visual UX designer my role and responsibility at Chegg content authoring system is to lead the UX initiatives for Varafy Content authoring and assessment systems. To create a visual representation of the overall expert authoring experience. To identify gaps/overlaps in the user experience and work together to weave insights into the roadmap. Also to create process & best practices in order to work together as effective cross-group teams and deliver a consistent experience. With my 12 years of experience, I’ve to play a central role in building user-centric designs that help in acquisition, retention, and engagements of Chegg Experts through for Varafy Content authoring and assessment systems. My key area was to establish a background in developing customer-facing experiences, strong technical abilities, well-defined UX processes, great communication skills, along with the high motivation to achieve results.
