I'm Ilaria Bardi, I'm Organizational Psychologist, certified Executive and Business Coach. Currently I am the Head of Training and Development for Link Finanziaria Srl.
My role involves the management of human resources, recruiting, selection, training and placement in the company.
I mainly deal with the monitoring of performance and its maintenance through the analysis of training needs, the design of training courses, in some cases the delivery of them and the evaluation of the results achieved. I am responsible for the building and updating of the internal Appraisal process for all the employees.
I manage the quality control team, identifying kpi’s and assuring the respect of them by our employees.
I work with the Compliance Manager ensuring the respect of AML and privacy law.
I have been responsible for the start up of our offshoring in Romania (Iasi), the recruiting and the training, I monitor the performance of our staff there.
The experiences matured in very different contexts, characterized by a high structuring and organization and by multinationality, make me able to adapt quickly to changes and innovations.
I am curious, pro active, motivated, independent, passionate, goal- oriented, able to work in any environment. I have excellent organizational and communication skills.
I am very proud I have been able to introduce and spread the culture of learning and continuous improvement in my Company and be able defeating the idea that education was a wasting of time.

Since I became a certified coach, I introduced changes in our training method and completed the traditional classroom training with individual coaching and training on the job.
I proved to everyone, first of all, to my boss, that an excellent training is the best way to improve skills, increase and develop motivation and sense of belonging of our employees.
