As a Ph.D. student at Jagiellonian University, my main focus is on studying the immune system and how it works in cancer immunotherapy. I have been awarded a grant for this project and have been using multiple expression systems, both eukaryotic and mammalian, to express and purify recombinant proteins.
I have a deep knowledge of NMR techniques and x-ray techniques, which I use to study protein-protein interactions. Currently, I am preparing protein samples that will be used for Cryo-EM studies.
In my research, I am working to understand how the immune system functions and how it can be used in cancer immunotherapy. To do this, I use a variety of techniques and approaches, including expression and purification of recombinant proteins, NMR, x-ray, and Cryo-EM studies. Through my work, I hope to make significant contributions to our understanding of the immune system and its role in cancer treatment.
