My investigative skills and organized demeanor have consistently contributed to my success in various professional and academic settings. As a confident and self-motivated person, I excel in presenting clear and concise reports, drawing on my excellent mathematical skills and analytical capabilities.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance at the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve, North Rhine-Westphalia. This program is enhancing my understanding of financial systems and economic theories, providing a strong foundation for my career aspirations.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specialized in Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, where I graduated with a Second Class Lower Division. My academic journey has equipped me with extensive knowledge and skills in HR practices, performance management, industrial relations, talent management, and talent acquisition.
Professionally, I have gained valuable experience as an Enterprise Promotion Officer at the Industrial Development Board in Sri Lanka, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, I completed an internship at Sampath Bank in Sri Lanka, where I worked in human resources from July 2019 to June 2020. These roles have honed my abilities in HRM, performance management, and employee relations, further solidifying my interest in the banking sector.
