James is an experienced teacher, teacher trainer, leader, and international educational consultant specialising in Curriculum Design, Teaching and Learning, and Leadership. James also has extensive experience working in senior leadership positions across a number of schools, as well as providing consultancy support and inspection preparation to Dubai-based schools guiding them from “Acceptable” to “Outstanding” ratings across a range of curricula including IB, CBSE, British, and American systems. James has trained teachers in Master’s programs in Egypt and Kuwait and trained teachers in Madrid, Spain. James founded Halls of Ivy, a company developing, implementing and evaluating innovative curricular in Dubai for gifted and talented students and trained heads of departments, lead teachers and teaching assistants to deliver outstanding results. He has also developed curricular for schools across the Middle East and North Africa. Furthermore, James has also developed bespoke school improvement tools and evaluation processes in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching and learning.
