I am a Filipino whose second language is American-English. I finished with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Drafting and took few years of actual experience on the field.
However, with the growing financial demands and given my determination and skills in English communication, I ventured into Contact Services and gained experience in Technical Support and Customer Service to which I was promoted as a Language Trainer;
I was also into Order Processing (Medical Equipment and Doctor's Billing) where my experience advanced me to become a Quality Assurance Analyst of the business. When Pandemic hit, I route my career to working online from home and started my career as Real Estate cold caller and was eventually promoted as a Lead Qualifier.
Through the years of experience, I have developed my skills in customer services, management, negotiation, communication and decision making. I am a goal-oriented person and persistent when I set one. I am confident in my skill set and my inspiration is deeply rooted that I am certain to fulfill the expectations set for me and to deliver accordingly.
