AHRS – Vie AM Project Vie AM is a HR support for a valued and big company catering client requests and queries using PeopleSoft HRMS v9.0 and PEOPLETOOLS v8.5. Responsibilities: • Develop and configure software systems to meet client requirements. • Execute test scripts and validate product fixes ensuring product quality. • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors with issues encountered, making sure that issues are fixed in a timely manner. • Support team deployment on every release related to executing scripts, running daily jobs, migration and investigations on technical environment. • Provide on-call support for any performance issues of our production site, as well as for our daily migration of data. • Provide resolution on day-to-day operations related to issues and requests logged by clients and customers. • Escalate team issues to lead and manage risks for our frontend teams. • Perform peer reviews of frontend designs, codes, test plans, and test scripts. • Build and verify changes on the application and technical architecture. • Participate in transition of applications and technical architecture to testers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the product and its expected performance. • Assist with administrative tasks, which includes timesheet reviews, work plan creation, and resource allocation management. • Assist teams in ad hoc tasks, such as being the team's Asset Custodian and Floor marshal for disastrous events.
