About

I am currently working on a Construction Project of building a Highway as an HR Assistant. I am doing the recruitment part and I am interviewing the potential candidates using the official Interview Guide Form of the company which is a kind of leader of the conversation with the candidate. After 6 months of work and different trainings attended regarding recruitment of candidates, I obtained various skills regarding how to filter the competences of the candidate and put it on a suitable position. I am working with both office staff (engineers and hight level educated employees) and labor workers and operators. So, I can adapt to any type of challenge.
