Ive been working in the IT sector since 2021.
Prior to that, I held various part-time jobs in
customer service roles. I have a strong passion
for acquiring new skills. Currently, I handle all
tasks independently, but I also thrive in
collaborative team environments. I attended an
IT school in Znojmo Czech republic and later
relocated to the Netherlands, where I gained
experience in a customer service department

At Apollo Games, I worked as an IT Support Specialist, supporting
approximately 130 colleagues by resolving IT issues and ensuring
their workstations operated smoothly. My responsibilities included
administering Google Workspace, Office 365, and Jira. Additionally, I
managed databases for the accounting team using Helios software
and maintained Windows Server systems. I was also responsible for
procuring and managing up-to-date licenses and software. While
the company primarily operated on Linux and Windows platforms, I
also gained experience with macOS
