Remote Opportunity - UK/EU timezone Preferred As Product Launch Manager you will be responsible for the successful launch of consumer good products virtually via the Amazon platform. You will manage a team to ensure that our launches are as efficient as possible, both in terms of time and money spent launching products. You will monitor the manychat/email marketing campaigns and leaflet funnels. Collaborating internally with Inventory, Marketing and Procurement to optimise sales in response to lead generation initiatives. We currently have 22 brands within our portfolio selling over 350 product concepts (over 1000 SKUs) in the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. We are amongst the top 30 Amazon sellers in the world right now! Let's look at what we would have achieved together in your first year: -Achieve a 90% successful launch rate defined as 50 reviews in 30 days, 4.8 rating, indexing for all targeted keywords, pivot keyword if no movement in 3 days, consistent manychat giveaways -Achieve a chatbot conversion rate of 75% for products in the launch phase -Avoid unnecessary expenditure during the launches through avenues such as too many giveaways in a day, not changing which keywords we are targeting quickly enough or targeting the wrong keywords. -Spot any chatbot issues within 24 hours and take immediate action towards resolving them. -Weekly report assessing all of launches KPIs along with proposals for addressing or improving potential issues to increase launches performance. -Ensure that we have the capacity to run launches for all the products we want to, including depletion, relaunching, and ranking strategies. What you'll do: -Schedule new product launches after direction from the Head of Marketing and Inventory Management Team. -Set up chatbot flows, landing pages and google ads for new product launches. -Oversee and maintain successful launches. -Troubleshoot any issues within the chatbot. -Monitor product launches advising the launch team when to change the search find by (SFB) keywords. -Advise the launch team when we need to adjust counter limits and GA ad spend to achieve our target sales. -Where applicable coordinate with PPC manager to ask product testers to search at certain times of the day when PPC is on. -Identify when to set up product specific Google ads for target products. -In collaboration with the Brand Manager agree which products to push through the launch for maintenance. -Identify and advise when to utilise the VIP tester club and what percentage of sales to drive through these testers. -Oversee the reporting of launch team KPIs. Requirements: -Must have experience with online product launch/activation processes; well versed with the operational linkage among sales generation, customer services, supply chain, and Inventory -Management; -Understanding of marketing basics and how to optimize for price and conversion. -Experience with Clickfunnels, Chatbots and Convomat preferred. -You are self-motivated and able to work to your own initiative. -You possess a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail. -Good team player, possess strong analytical skill and project management, understanding the importance of effective communications within an agile environment. -Excellent communication skills and thorough understanding of cross cultural communications. -You have experience managing a team of product launch, administrative and chat support specialists. -You are commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset and "can do" attitude. -Experience working in a fast growth start-up or scale-up is extremely advantageous. -You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and are driven to get the job done Role Competencies: -Attention to detail -Analytical -Communication -Problem Solver -Strategic Thinking -Team player Benefits: -A supportive, diverse and global team with a brilliant culture. -A flexible (remote) working environment -Competitive compensation and benefits. -Great opportunities to make the role your own and get involved with exciting projects.
