About the Opportunity: Contentsquare is seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager to develop and drive modern, integrated marketing campaigns and their underlying processes to penetrate and grow the company’s enterprise accounts. You will partner with marketing and the sales team to operationalize a scalable, multi-channel marketing motion to expand pipeline and accelerate close rates with Contentsquare’s enterprise account segment. You will report to the Director of Demand Generation. What You’ll Do: -Build and run marketing campaigns that are designed to deliver on aggressive growth targets to expand our North America enterprise accounts. -Own the enterprise account program execution including strategy, goal setting, budget allocation, list management, campaign plans, messaging, collateral and field enablement, follow-up and reporting -Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, partner, digital and field marketing teams to coordinate, execute and optimize campaign performance and ROI -Partner with digital and field marketing, sales and SDR teams to develop targeted programs that drive demand in enterprise accounts to influence and engage champions, decision-makers, and executives, especially those focused on digital transformation and customer experience -Work strategically to analyze data and campaign performance, while guiding decisions and optimization opportunities. What You’ll Need to Succeed: -5+ years of digital/field marketing experience in B2B SaaS -Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Deep knowledge of marketing automation and some experience with ABM tools (preferably Hubspot and 6Sense) and Salesforce -Consider yourself a data-driven revenue marketer. You’ve successfully built marketing programs to deliver on aggressive targets for a growth stage company -Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including, but not limited to: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized websites and landing pages, account based ads, direct mail, social network targeting, etc. -You’re a problem-solver. Your decisions are informed by data, and you know how to use analytics to draw insights to continually optimize campaigns and maximize growth. -You’re inquisitive and innovative.
