The role: We’re looking for an ambitious and eager-to-learn events marketer to join our growing team in our central London offices on a part-time flexible basis (2-3 days a week for a minimum of 3 months, with the option to extend). If enviable organisational skills, event management experience, and a passion for technology are all on your list, this is probably the role for you. This is a unique role where you’ll deliver our (hugely successful) UK events. From our very popular Champagne Breakfasts to our “rebel” conferences, we’re making events fun, and we’re excited to have a new events marketer on the team. The role: -Assist the event marketing team in the end-to-end delivery of our industry events (virtual, in-person and hybrid) such as our Champagne Breakfast series, and our CX Circle conference. -Assisting the existing marketing team’s delivery of Contentsquare’s events in the UK from concept to completion on trade shows and external conferences. -Contributing towards the end to end events campaign process including email marketing, social strategy, and effective follow up and nurturing campaigns. -Assist with on-the-day virtual and in-person event logistics such as speaker and partner management, liaising with the venue -Assist with supporting the team with event logistics such as working with speakers and partners, managing all external suppliers, and running the event on the day. -Work in close conjunction with sales, partnerships and customer teams to ultimately achieve new client acquisition through the event strategy. About you: -Current PT / FT student (undergraduate or postgraduate) -Experience in running and managing events -Exceptional project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders -Strong negotiation skills, highly personable, and confident interacting in-person and over the phone with senior personnel · -Strong copywriting skills and experience of delivering compelling supporting collateral -Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot (or equivalent marketing automation tool) is a plus! -Enjoys working in a dynamic start-up culture, contributing new and creative ideas -To apply please send us your CV and a cover letter telling us why you believe you’d be a perfect candidate.
