An exciting new role has come available for a fluent German speaker to join an international customer support team for a very well known sport footwear brand. This is a work from home role and can be anywhere done anywhere in Ireland as long as you have good broadband connection and a quiet space to work in your home.
As a customer advisor you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. The majority of your client interaction is done via live chat but you will also use phone and email support to provide answers to your customers. Questions you will receive will be in regards to product availability, tracking deliveries, refunds requests and other product/service queries. This is a very busy role and multi-tasking will be an important part in this role.
The successful candidate has:
Good command of English
Ability to work from home in Ireland - good broadband connection
Previous customer service experience desired
Flexible approach and ability to multi-task
Rotational shift between Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm, although core hours will be rotational between Mon-Sat - 40 hrs per week (8 hrs for 5 days). PC will be provided to the successful candidate. Basic annual gross salary is €24,000 plus performance based bonus of up to €1,600 gross p/a. Selection process can be done completely remotely.
