As a Client Partner Supervisor, you will work closely with an Account Director to develop 360 marketing programs for a prominent Bourbon brand with multiple line extensions. You will critically evaluate the work and collaborate with internal departments to ensure it meets the brand’s business objectives and positioning. As a true partner to the client, you will advise them on the work at hand but also their larger business goals.
This role reports to the Account Director and is supported by dedicated staff to this brand including: a Project Manager, Strategist, Media Lead, and Creative Lead.
Leadership & Strategic Guidance
Manage the full lifecycle of your projects, from strategic positioning, creative execution, and post-campaign analysis
Provide direction and guidance on the work across departments
Partner with the strategy team to translate the client’s business needs into actionable campaigns
Facilitate brainstorms, balancing strategic needs and inspiring work
Evaluate the work to ensure it meets the brand’s business objectives and positioning as well as Method1’s standards of quality
Help translate the departments’ work into compelling presentations
Work closely with the Project Management team to manage resources and timelines
Report on progress of projects weekly to the Account Director
Bring clarity of thought when dealing with complex marketing challenges
Guide the client’s evaluation of the work by setting expectations, digging deeper for clarity in their feedback and helping understand their needs
Further develop existing relationships by identifying business opportunities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5-7 years experience working in integrated advertising and/or business consulting
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with ability to think on your feet and provide guidance
Strong presentation and business writing skills with ability to lead client presentations
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience developing CPG brand campaigns and promotions from concepting to execution
Previous work in beverage/alcohol industries a plus
