We welcome all candidates who believe, as we do, that innovation is grounded in education. 📄 Job Description Duties and responsibilities: - ensure compliant International Employment Contracts for the Company`s global markets, in line with legal requirements - manage International Employment Contracts process from initiation till separation - manage International Service Contracts and full support for new cases and tracking of existing Service Contracts / Self-Employed employees - ensure collaboration with Finance and Legal functions for International Employment - Contracts and Service Contracts payroll, administration, regular reporting and analytics advise on mandatory benefit package for international transfers due to local market requirements - analyse and audit the existing international employment processes, paper-work practices and final documents; adjust them, if required - assist with design of company’s policies in the area of responsibility - provide consultations on employee international hiring & separation processes to ensure legal labour compliance, as well as for payroll and other international employee relations issues - develop long-term relationships with existing advisory partners (payroll, mobility) and get new contacts - review invoices for global providers and if necessary propose changes in approach - assist with entering new markets in regard with local labour legislation fulfilment - control and analyse international employment expenditures budget - keep records, maintain and develop related reports in local ERP on international employment - conduct regular monitoring of foreign labour regulations 🚀 Qualifications - higher education (in Legal fields preferable) - experience of at least 2 year in international companies with international presence – EU & other markets - knowledge of international labour regulations is required - knowledge of tax law - experience for international contracts drafting and conducting research - excellent command of English - good communication skills, attentive and diligent - quick and efficient problem-solving ability - good analytical skills - ability to work on a dynamic environment with a multicultural team - ability to coordinate with different functions 🎁Perks Flexible schedules Possibility to work remotely Paid vacation 22 days Insurance coverage (for you and your children) Partial reimbursement for fitness memberships Meal vouchers provided Snacks and beverages always available Workspaces with modern equipment
