● Improve availability, reduce mitigation time, make sure the team is measuring the right things, and automate tasks that impact availability and development.
● Understand all the services that need support, from network to application.
● Determine the best way to mitigate client impact.
● Create and improve tools to reduce incidents, events, and mitigation time.
● Review systems, methods, and applications to deliver clients a positive experience.
