Build meaningful relationships with SHOOR: - Manage and handle existing B2B Relationships, via phone calls and online meetings. - Discuss and negotiate with businesses/brands on procuring partnerships with SHOOR - Manage partner events from beginning to end, tasks include but are not limited to the following: - Cold calling / Client Acquisition - Pitching ideas to partner businesses on possible events for their client base/employees - Creating end-to-end process flow of events - Conceptualizing design for each event - Creating briefs for B2B clients, suppliers, and internal team - Drafting and executing MOA - Coordinating with the internal team on event management - Sourcing of suppliers for pitched events - Creating NDA for supplier outreach - Reporting post-mortem of events Requirements: - Preferably 1-3 years of AE and Account management in the eCommerce industry - Great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills - Experience in an Ad Agency will be an advantage - The desire and ability to contact local businesses partners: you thrive and excel in convincing people - Endurance and perseverance in the process of follow-up on partner businesses - Pleasant personality, high level of enthusiasm, and commitment - Ability to work structured and efficiently organize the communication process with our partners - Open to working/currently residing in Metro Manila - Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work self-reliant - Keen interest and a good understanding of building relationships with clients
