Main Responsibilities:
Process procurement orders
Receipting of purchase orders
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as requested
Receive and allocate stock in SAGE
Process and track new orders
Plan shipments and prepare shipment documents
Update records
General office admin
Selection Criteria / additional competencies & skills
Matric
2-3 years’ experience in a administrative function
Good working knowledge of SAGE, Microsoft suite and SharePoint (tracking, sharing and organizing documents)
Must be familiar with logistics
A minimum of 2 (two) year similar experience preferably from in a Manufacturing environment
Deadline driven
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Understanding of basic office management procedures and basic accounting principles (allocating payments, liaising with customers on their accounts)
Good communication skills
Great Team Player
Willingness to learn/Flexibility
