Main Activities and Responsibilities:
To proactively promote the company and the Company’s products in order to meet established marketing plan goals and annual sales revenue
Manage, monitor and analyze partners on daily basis to optimize activities and aggressively drive sales and program efficiencies
Maintain direct contact with partners, hence ensuring excellent service standards
Brainstorm, suggest and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
Optimize all aspects of the Company’s partners program through established and new networks
Run well-conceived marketing initiatives to help optimize partners sales and retention
Provide solutions and assistance to partners and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues
Develop and supervise products, payments solutions and communications
Lead the creation/translations of Marketing Material
Work closely within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and campaigns to improve retention
Maintain and develop affiliate marketing material
Suggest and implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, creating new growth opportunities and increasing ROI
Lead the communication towards partners using Newsletters, Push Notifications and Social Networks
Requirements:
Fluent (written and verbal) English
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising will be considered an advantage
Advanced understanding of the online marketing ecosystem
3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in the Forex industry
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation
An understanding of Affiliate Commission Schemes
Candidate will be expected to provide a 6 months Business Plan following a successful 1st Interview with the Company
