We are looking for a ROCKSTAR VA that has experience in customer service and preferably short term rentals.
This is a part time position from Monday - Sunday. You will need to be on call and available within a couple of minutes to respond to inquiries from guests, cleaners, and us the owners.
Total work hours is typically less than 10 hours a week.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
-English skills MUST be EXCEPTIONAL - there should be no grammatical errors in your writing that make it sound like a non-native English speaker wrote it
-Experience in Airbnb or short term rentals
-Not afraid of rude customers from time to time
-Coachable and willing to constantly learn
-Confident on the phone
-Enjoys talking to people
-Efficient organizer
-Natural leader
Requirements:
-Must have at least one year of customer service experience
-MUST be able to respond to inquiries in less than a couple of minutes from your phone
-Fast and strong internet connection (10 Mbps upload and download)
