Looking to fill immediately a permanent roll as an
Office Administrator/Manager/Bookkeeper/all around Top Notch Team Player.

We are a small, but mighty growing company that has been established since 2005 and have just taken over a property to open up the 1st ever Western Canada used/reconditioned Fitness Equipment Storefront.
Over the years, and especially in the last few, with the growing costs of EVERYTHING, we are finding ppl are looking for high-quality, cost-effective fitness equip. solutions.
We scratch that itch by repairing and servicing great quality used equip for resale at roughly 1/2 the price of what they go for new.
Along with that, we also expertly handle the repairs and service of all makes and models of fitness equip. Both Commercial & Residential - we handle it all. We build relationships with our customers in order to build a portfolio of Preventative Maintenance Agreements so we can stay on top of their equipment service and repair needs. This goes a long way in preventing costly breakdowns which helps our customers protect their investments.
The right candidate MUST have the following attributes and abilities:
-Good knowledge of fitness equipment from one way or another. A regular gym user that knows the names of equipment for the most part. Not looking for someone trying to explain that thingamajig and doohickie kinda looking machine ;0)
-We need someone that is vibrant and a real go getter. We want you to show off your ideas and artistic abilities.
-You’ll be working from home for the most part so being well organized and focused is essential. We do have a store front location that I do want someone to run on a part time basis, so you could be asked to work from there on occasion.
-General office administration duties.
-Good listening and be able to follow precise instructions.
-Phone calls and emails to all previous customers & new cold calls for both residential and commercial.
-Need help with starting a better CRM.
-Will need a personal smart phone (preferably iPhone/IOS) for incoming calls and work on the go.
-Listing all inventory equipment on a consistent basis via Kijiji, Marketplace, LinkedIn, etc.
-Inventory tracking
-And them some...

1-Quick Books Book keeping - I have an accountant to do the tricky stuff so mostly work orders into invoices, accounts receivables & digital receipt filing.
?-How many yrs QB experience do you have?
2-SEO – Must have extensive knowledge on how to keep us at the top.
?-How many yrs. experience do you posses?
3-Website updates via WordPress
?-How many yrs. experience do you have?
4-Microsoft and Apple/IOS are the platforms we use.
?-Are you familiar with this platform and how?
5-Canva and/or something equivalent to make up nice quality ads.
?-Pls provide examples of your style and work related to our industry and company specifically.
6-Social media consistent marketing on all platforms.
?-How many yrs. of expertise do you have promoting and advertising on these platforms?
