We are looking for a ROCKSTAR VA that has experience in market research with Airbnb's and different properties.
This is a part time position. Total work hours is typically 10 hours a week. You will need to be able to research Airbnb markets and short term rentals.

-Experience in Airbnb or short term rentals
-Not afraid of rude customers from time to time
-Coachable and willing to constantly learn
-Confident on the phone
-Enjoys talking to people
-Efficient organizer
-Natural leader
Requirements:
-Must have a data/research background.
-MUST be able to respond to inquiries in less than a couple of minutes from your phone
-Fast and strong internet connection (10 Mbps upload and download)
