Kazipod is currently a startup that is being set up. It was founded by three women who began sharing job posts with friends on WhatsApp groups due to the unemployment crisis in Kenya. Without realizing there was a need for this, the groups have grown into 12 since 2019 with over 3000 members having joined.
With limited capacity to handle these individuals, Kazipod has been looking at alternative approaches. The team attempted to create a website but it has been highly dysfunctional.
We are therefore looking for a volunteer web designer who can:
Re-design the website
Understands recruitment websites
Can work with minimal supervision
