- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
- Experience with Sales outsourcing is a plus.
- Experience selling or creating demand (preferably software or
similar IT products).
- Self-motivated and thrive under pressure.
- Experience developing opportunities in new accounts.
- Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to build strong relations in B2B situations.
- Actively create new business opportunities.
- Identify and begin the sales cycle.
- Create interest and new business with potential customers, convert
them into actively interested clients.
- Show customers our sales capabilities to build their confidence.
- Build customer knowledge to learn client needs.
- Manage pipeline.
- Capture customer contracts and information in the CRM system.
