We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our company and its employees.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and advice on a variety of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigations
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance
Identify and assess potential legal risks and provide recommendations for risk management
Advise on data privacy and security issues, and assist with data protection policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and provide guidance on legal matters
Represent the company in legal proceedings, as necessary
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments
Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters
Requirements:
Degree and admission to a state bar
Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role
Strong understanding of a variety of legal disciplines, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and employment law
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and drafting skills
