We're seeking to expand our AQ team and are looking for Recruiters to join us. As a Recruiter, your responsibilities would include posting job openings on various platforms and scheduling interviews. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome freshers to apply as we provide the necessary training.
To qualify, you should have familiarity or a willingness to learn how to use several tools such as Asana, Discord, Slack, various job hosting sites, Jotform surveys, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Powerpoint, Keynote, YouTube training, Google Drive, and more. While certifications in Human Resources, Management, Recruitment, and Interview hosting are preferred, they are not required.
Fluency in English, a flexible schedule, and a willingness to be compensated based on results are a must. We offer payment in USD or cryptocurrency and will provide training on crypto payments for those new to the concept.
